Punjab Gramin Bank sponsored by Punjab National Bank today inaugurated its new building of its regional office .
The new premises of Head Office of Punjab Gramin Bank was inaugurated by Atul Kumar Goel, MD & CEO, Punjab National Bank in the presence of Parveen Goyal, Zonal Manager, Punjab National Bank, Zonal Office, Amritsar and Sanjeev Kumar Dubey, Chairman, Punjab Gramin Bank .
Goel also launched the 1st automated Passbook printing machine of Punjab Gramin Bank.
As part of its Corporate Social responsibility initiative, Punjab Gramin Bank has donated Air Cooler, Water Cooler and 3 try-cycles to Civil Hospital.
Goel informed that Punjab Gramin Bank is operating in all the 23 districts of Punjab with network of 436 Branches and 7 Regional Offices and is one of the Best performing RRB among the 9 PNB Sponsored RRBs.
Goel also highlighted that Punjab Gramin Bank has contributed significantly by extending loans to the rural people in the form of Joint Liability Groups, Self Help Groups, under various Govt. Sponsored schemes like AIF, PMEGP, PMSVANidhi, PMFME and others.
Goel stated that Punjab Gramin Bank is now moving to a spacious Building with modern facilities to meet the expanding business requirements and advised the PGB Staff members to adopt technological transformation for better customer service.
