NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of stealing motorcycles.
The investigating officer (IO) Som Nath said that the accused has been identified as Manjot Singh alias Nijja son of Manjindar Singh a resident of Pandori Khas village.
IO said that the accused was intercepted at a Naka on a piece of secret information and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession.
A case under sections 379(theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) has been registered against the accused.
