The Bilga police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last two e years. The Station House Officer Mohindar Pal Singh said that the accused has been identified as Arjan alias Sukha son of Ram Lubhaya a resident of Talwann village. The accused is wanted in two cases of drug theft.
