The Lohian khas have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin.
The investigating officer (IO)Iqbal Singh said that 7 grams of heroin and Rs 6580 drug money were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Yog Raj Alias Yuvi son of Balwindar Singh a resident of Malarri village in Nakodar .
IO said that a case under sections 21 /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
The Nakodar sadar police arrested a drug peddler Balkar Singh alias Gagu son of Gian Singh a resident of Shankar Pur village with 205 intoxicant tablets said IO Sanjivan Singh.
