The Lohian Khas police have booked an unidentified driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.
Karnail Singh a resident of ward no.11 Lohian Khas complained to the police that the accused was driving fast and rashly and hit his brother Balvir Singh motor cycle on October 30 near Mannak village bus stand on the Gidarr Pindi –Lohian Khas road injuring him.
,He said in his complaint that he rushed his brother to Lohian Khas civil hospital who died on the spot .
The investigating officer Avtar Singh said that a case under section 304-A (causing death by negligence) 279(rash driving on a public way) 337,338(act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the IPC c has been registered against an unidentified driver.
