Faridkot: According to Ramesh Kumari, district and sessions judge Faridkot, cum chairman legal services district Faridkot, the National Lok Adalat is going to be held on November 12,2022 at court complex Faridkot.
"Many kinds of pre-litigative, litigative, pending cases in various courts may be put up in the national lok adalat for the speedy and hasslefree disposal," reads the press note released by DPRO office Faridkot.
THe cases in Lok Adalats are settled with the mutual consent of the litigative parties and no appeal can be made after the decisions are made.
Lok Adalats are meant to save time, money and deliver speedy justice to the litigants.
