NAKODAR
Nakodar city police have booked an unidentified truck driver on the charge of causing obstruction in a public way and endangering human life.
Sukhraj Singh a resident of Nangal Jiwan village complained to the police that the accused has parked his truck (PB-13-BL-9383) on left side on main highway on October 2 night without lights, dipper and reflectors and his brother Sukh Mandeep Singh ‘s car (PB-10-EQ-2920) collided with it, and he was seriously injured.
The investigating officer Mangat Gupta said that a case under sections 283(causing danger or obstruction in public way) ,336(endangering human life) 337,338(cause grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others.) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against unidentified driver and further investigation is on.
