Patiala: A five-day training course on “Embellishment of clothes using modern and traditional techniques” was organised by KVK, Patiala from 22 to 28.6.2022. The course saw the participation of 30 farm women from different villages like Kheri Mania, Dughat, Kallar Majri and Devigarh of district Patiala. Dr. Gurupdesh Kaur, Assoc. Prof. (Home Science) demonstrated the embellishment of decorative clothes with various kinds of hand embroidery stitches, fabric painting and block printing. Ms. Puja Sharda illustrated preparation of various ornamental articles using glass painting and mural art.
