Chandigarh: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwa has expressed grief over the demise of former Minister and former Speaker Nirmal Singh Kahlon. He was ill for the last few days and admitted to a private hospital in Amritsar, where he breathed his last this morning.
