Barnala: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Lohri of daughters has been jointly celebrated by the colony residents, Progressive Senior Citizens Society (Regd.) and Suryavanshi Khatri Sabha (Regd.) At Krishna Street. The program started with the recitation of Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji. Chief Guest Mata Kiran Deva, Guest of Honor Neeraj Bala Danian, and Special Guest Babita Jindal were present on the occasion. Social activists Sukhwinder Bhandari, Piara Lal Raiser, and Lila Ram Garg greeted the public on the occasion of Prakash Purab (birth anniversary) and daughters' Lohri. During this Lohri has been celebrated by presenting honor kits to 21 newborn daughters.
