(SUBHEAD) Nawanshahr: District Electoral Officer, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district, Vishesh Sarangal has made appeal to the voters and political parties to take advantage of the online portals and mobile applications developed by the Election Commission of India for their convenience. He said that through these IT applications the Election Commission has increased the transparency in the entire process by paving the way for greater public participation.
