(SUBHEAD) Kapurthala: Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Vishesh Sarangal today instructed the Election Department officials, Supervisors, BLOs to speed up the work to link the voter Identity cards with Aadhar card so that till March 31 next year all voter cards in the district be linked with Aadhar card.
