Punjab police allegedly threatens social activist Manik Goyal for making public and questioning govt plants to hire 10 sealer jet on X

The Punjab police in a reply to tweet on social media platform X, by Manik Goyal, asked him to allegedly delete the post as it was a sensitive and security related document, drawing Sharp criticism from the social site users.
"The document shared by you in this tweet is a sensitive document related to the security of the state functionaries facing serious and credible threats. This document was not meant for open public circulation, rather only for those registered on the procurement platform," the Punjab police  tweeted from its twitter handle Punjab police  India as its reaction.
Actually, Manik Goyal, shared a notice inviting  bid for the 8 to 10 seater fixed wing jet for about six months by the government of Punjab, directorate of civil aviation issued on August 24.According to the notice, the date of bidding is September 19.
The information put up on social media is allegedly uncomfortable to the current regime which came riding the image of AAM Admi.
Goyal alleged that the Punjab government was not in need of such a jet as it has already a chopper of its own  and previous CMs have been using it. Besides he said Punjab is a small state.
He further alleged that the Punjab government's move was aimed to facilitate AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal in the upcoming elections.
He alleged that people of Punjab  will indirectly fund the election campaign of AAP supremo in the upcoming elections and it is a misuse of publics funds.
"These so called AAM AADMIs promised not to use government cars, yet they are now misappropriating the public funds by hiring private planes," Goyal alleged in his tweet.
Many users including some journalists and former AAP MP from Patiala Dharamveer Gandhi tweeted in favor of Goyal questioning the police how could  tender floated  invited for hiring a plane could be a secret document.
Goyal also replied that document was available on the official website of the government and it was not  a secret.
It was also not marked as confidential either.
Manik Goyal has is also an RTI activist and often criticizes the AAP government.
