The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin.
Investigating Officer (IO) Kashmir Singh said that 20 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as
Guljar Singh alias Gatti son of Darshan Singh a resident of Mohalla Kasba Mehat Pur .
IO stated that a case under sections -21-B/61/ 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
The Bilga police arrested drug peddler Deepak Kumar alias Deepu son of Surindar Pal of Patio Bhatti, Bilga village with 25 intoxicant tablets said IO Charanjit Singh.
