NAKODAR
The Nakodar sadar police have booked a villager on the charges of criminal tress-pass and criminal intimidation, mischief, and rioting.
The investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Tarsem Singh a resident of Khan Pur Dhadda village.
Tarsem Kaur a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused stacked paddy straws on a way to her house despite a stay order by a court and threatened her and used filthy language against her.
IO said that a case under sections 447(criminal tress-pass), 341 (wrongful restraint) and 506(criminal intimidation) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
