The Nurmahal police have booked a motorcyclist on charges of causing death by negligence, rash driving, and mischief.
Investigating officer (IO) Jasapl Singj said that the accused has been identified as Balwinder Kumar alias Kala a resident of Samraia village undet Sadar police station .
Sandeep Kaur wife of Satnam Singh, a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused was driving his two wheeler fast and negligently, and hit his husband ‘s motorcycle and killed him on December 25 near a petrol pump in Chuheki village
Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road), and 324(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused
