The Nakodar city police have arrested Gani Ram a resident of Kandola Kalan village under Nurmahal police station, Manni Kumar, Raju and Sikandar all residents of Nurmahal town on the charge of gambling. .
The station house officer Labh Singh said that the accused were gambling in cabin in local bus stand and recovered from them Rs 19350 and a pack of playing cards and impounded their car. A case under sections 13-A, 3, 67 of the Punjab Gambling Act has been registered against the accused.
