The Bilga police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling poppy husk.
The investigating officer (IO) Satpal said that 1.500 kilograms of poppy husk was recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Harbans Lal alias Kala son of Pala Ram a resident of Mohalla Mandi, Talwan village.
IO said that a case under sections15(B) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
