- Benefits of government schemes to be ensured at doorsteps-MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu
Ludhiana: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday flagged off ‘mobile office van’ of Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu to ensure benefits of government schemes reached at the doorsteps of the people. The ‘mobile office van’ will be operated from personal funds of MLA Sidhu.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA said that if any resident of Atam Nagar assembly was unable to visit government office or facing any kind of problem in availing services, he or she could call on 97818-00002 following which van will reach their destination and issue will be resolved promptly. MLA said that during elections, we visited each house to seek votes and now it is my duty to repay the people by addressing their grievances or delivering services at their doorsteps.
Sidhu said that Aam Aadmi Party government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was committed to provide transparent administration to the people and residents will not be allowed to be hassled in government offices.
