The Jalandhar additional district and sessions judge Charanjit Arora has acquitted a Pabwan village resident of the charge of raping a girl.
The court said that the prosecution has failed to prove the charge against Rohit Langah alias Makhan a resident of Pabwan village
The Nurmahal police had booked Makhan in July 2020.
