(SUBHEAD) Kapurthala: Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Vishesh Sarangal today gave letters of appreciation to the students who bagged first and second positions in 10th and 12th class results of the Punjab School Education Board. Both first positions in 10th and 12th class have been bagged by the students from government schools.
