Barnala: The District Education Office Secondary and Elementary jointly welcomed the special needs students of government schools with sports-related and other equipment and wished them a Happy New Year. The students along with their parents and teachers attended the function. Deputy Commissioner Kumar Saurabh Raj was present on the occasion to celebrate the New Year with the students with special needs. IAS's wife Madam Jyoti was the chief guest.
