(SUBHEAD) Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has once again dealt a major blow to the Punjab Congress. Following the implementation of the Electoral Code, veteran Punjab Congress leaders continue to leave the Congress and join the Aam Aadmi Party. The Congress suffered a major setback on Saturday when former MLA and senior Congress leader Jasbir Singh 'Jassi' Khangura, in the presence of AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, joined the Aam Aadmi Party.
