Faridkot: The inaugural function will be presided over by S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab Vidhan Sabha and Dr. Vijay Singla, Hon'ble Health & Family Welfare and Medical Education Minister, Punjab will participate in the said event as Chief Guest AND S. Gurdit Singh Sekhon, MLA will be the Guest of Honour.
