NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested Surjit Singh alias Kukri a resident of Mohalla Choprra , Mehat Pur on the charge of gambling.
The investigating officer Davindar Singh said that the accused was selling betting slips in the town street and recovered from his possession and betting slips. A case under sections 13-G of the Punjab Gambling Act has been registered against the accused.
