The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets. Investigating officers (IO)Major Singh said that 15 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Sonu son of Surjit Singh a resident of Feroze Pur district presently living in Jain Colony Shahkot
IO said that a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused.
