The Lohian Khas police have arrested a drug addict on the charge of consuming heroin.
Investigating Officer (IO) Balveer Chand said the accused has been identified as Makku Das a resident of Ward No 1, Lohian Khas
IO said a lighter silver paper, and plastic pipes used for consuming contraband were recovered from his possession. A case under section 27/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
