NAKODAR
The Jalandhar additional district and sessions judge Lalit Kumar Singla has sentenced Prem Kumar, son of Gurdass Singh, a Dharme Dian Chhana village resident, to twelve-year imprisonment for poppy husk smuggling. He was slapped with a fine of Rs`1Lakh. The Mehat Pur police arrested the accused in July 2013.
