NAKODAR
A seminar on drug abuse and de-addiction was organized at Nakodar truck union r by Saanjh Kendra Nakodar. In the seminar, SI Puran Singh ASI Narinder Singh created awareness about the harmful effects of drugs on addicted people, their families, and society at large. They emphasized that winning the War against Drugs is possible only with the active cooperation of the public and requested them to provide the details of Drug Suppliers to the police. They also requested people to tell the Police about the drug-addicted person(s) as well so that their treatment can be done to help the drug addicts get back to mainstream Life.
Drivers were also made aware of safe driving without using drugs.
Truck union president Jasbir Singh Uppal also addressed.
