NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO)Gurnam Singh said that 23 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Sukhwidar Singh alias Sukha, son of Jagtar Singh, a resident of Talwandi Salem village.
IO said that a case under sections 22/ 61 / 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
