NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested Manoj Kumar a resident of Shankar village on the charge of betting.
The investigating officer Mandip Singh said that the accused was selling betting number slips at Baba Lal Badshah Road. A case under sections 13-A, 3, and 67 of the Punjab Gambling Act has been registered against the accused and recovered Rs 21000 from his possession and impounded his motorcycle used for selling betting number slips.
