NAKODAR
A 22-year-old youth committed suicide on November 20.
The investigating officer (IO) Kulwinder Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Eshu son of Dev Raj a resident of Mohalla Ravi Dass Pura Nakodar
Sunita Devi mother of the deceased told the police that her son committed suicide by strangulating himself as he was mentally upset.
IO said the police were acting under section 174 of the Cr. P.C. handed over the body to the family after the post-mortem.
