Barnala: On the arrival of New Year, under the leadership of District Police Chief Mrs. Alka Meena, all the Gazetted Officers and other employees of District Barnala organised Shri Akhand Path Sahib Day Bhog (a Sikhism ritual) at the local police line. Addressing the function after the bhog, SSP Mrs. Meena and SP (Headquarters) Kuldeep Singh Sohi wished a happy New Year 2022 and called upon all the officers and employees to take up the task of performing their duties diligently and honestly in the new year as well and seek assistance in maintaining the law and order from the public side. 10 Senior Citizen Retired employees and their family members were also honored on the occasion.
