Taliban decree in Afghanistan, father or relatives will be jailed if women not to wear all covering burqa

KABUL: The Taliban in Afghanistan issued a decree on Saturday that women must cover their faces. This decree has been given by the Supreme Leader of the group on behalf of the Taliban government.
