KOLKATTA: The Central Bureau of Investigation has been told to handle the case of eight people burnt alive in West Bengal's Birbhum. The Calcutta High Court transferred the case to the CBI after the Mamata Banerjee Government’s request not to hand over the probe to the central agency was rejected.
