NAKODR
The Jalandhar additional district and sessions judge Yukti Goel has acquitted three Nakodar residents of abetting the suicide of Ashok Kumar a resident of Aadarsh Nagar Nakodar in 2013. The court said the prosecution has failed to prove the charge of abetting suicide leveled against Sachin Nayyar, Sumit Nayyar, and Sham Lal residents of Green Avenue Nakodar.
The Nakodar city police had registered a First Information Report against three in April 2013
