The Mehat Pur police have arrested a woman on the charge of selling illicit country-made liquor.
The Investigating officer Harwindar Singh said that 9 bottles of hooch were recovered from the accused identified as Surindar Kaur alias Shindo wife of Kuldeep Singh a resident of Mohalla Shadi Khan Mehat Pur A case under section 61/1/14 of the Excise Act has been registered against the accused who was released on bail
