Punjab congress president Amarinder Singh Raja warring had to be defensive when Aman Arora cornered him in the suicide of the Faridkot family case, about 3 years ago.
Warring was raising the voice of the parents of Shubhdeep Singh alias Sidhu Mosewala who were sitting on protest outside the Punjab Vidhan Sabha during the budget session.
"When the parents are crying of the slain singer demanding justice for his son and they say that they are not satisfied with the ongoing investigation and chargesheet filed in the case, the police should nominate all the persons whom the parents accuse to be involved in the case.It will give peace to the parents demanding justice," said Raja Warring, PCC president speaking in the house today.
Warring was making a veiled reference to Baltej Pannu, whom the Parents of Sihu Moose wala have been accusing of leaking the information of his security withdrawal.
Warring said all the persons named by them should be made accused in the case if it satisfies them.
But Cabinet minister Aman Arora said that the law of the land works as per the IPC and other laws.
"If the question of the satisfaction of mind is concerned, then I would like to remind Raja warring that a family of businessman, Karan Kataria had committed suidide in Faridkot.Karan Kataria had shot his two children and wife before committing suidice himself. His wife, who had survived, had alleged that his husband had committed suidice because of some problems caused by Raja warring and his brother in law Dimpy Vinayak.This way, Raja warring should be behind bars if we work going beyond law," Arora said.
Karan kataria had named Dimpy Vinayak in his alleged suicide note and the police had registered a case in this regarding allegdly sparing Warring.
But later on, the woman stated in favour of the accused that the police had filed a cancellation report in the court.
Even though the brother of the deceased then raised the issue of the involvement of the politician, his voice was drowned in political power.
