The Mehat Pur police has arrested Gurpreet Singh a resident Mohalla Bhandariyan,MehatPur on betting charges.
The investigating officer Harwindar Singh h said that the accused was selling betting number slips in a street near main bazar. A case under sections 13-A, 3, and 67 of the Punjab Gambling Act has been registered against the accused.
