10 years old found in Bihar after about 3 months. Ran away from home a second time.

A 10 years old boy, who belonged to Rampura Phul town of Bathinda district has been handed over to his parents by the district child protection office Bathinda Wednesday.
“The child had run away from home fighting with her sister when her parents were away at work. The incident had taken place in November. The child had boarded a train to Bihar and was found there,” said Ravneet Kaur Sidhu,district child protection officer Bathinda.
She said that her department had been trying to locate him and it got some information from the Bihar office for child protection that the missing child is living in a children's home in Bihar.
“We verified the details and documents. The child was brought to Bathinda by the Bihar office and he was handed over to the parents,” said Ravneet Kaur Sidhu.
She said that the same boy had run away from home one time earlier too.
