FIR on court order:  Five Froze Pur residents booked for outraging woman’s modesty, stealing tractors

 

NURMAHAL

The Bilga police have booked five Feroze Pur district residents on the charge of outraging a woman’s modesty and stealing her tractors.  

The Investigating Officer (IO) Satpal said that the accused have been identified as Jai Gopal Sachdeva son of Kanshi Ram, Tarun Kumar son of Darsahan Singh, Sukhdev Singh, and his son Balraj Singh all residents of Bhai Ki Talwandi village in Feroze Pur and Harpal Singh a resident of Kahan Singh Wala village in Feorze Pur.

Gurminder Kaur wife of Jagroop Singh a resident of Talwan village has filed a complaint in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Phillaur Sukhman Deep Singh that the accused had barged into her house and assaulted her and forcibly stolen three tractors from her house and threatened her with dire consequences.

 

IO said the court has ordered the police to register a case and a case under sections 354 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty),452(house trees pass) 379,380(theft in dwelling house) 506 (criminal intimidation ), and 120-B(criminal conspiracy ) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused.
