Gautam Malhotra, the younger son of former Faridkot MLA( from SAD) has been arrested by the Enforcement directorate today.
Malhotra has been arrested in a money laundering case pertaining to the Delhi excise policy 2021-22, which is being probed by CBI.
According to News agency,ANI, he has been produced in the Rouse Avenue court in Delhi in this regard.
Gautam Malhotra is the director of liquor manufacturing and distribution unit, the OASIS group.
This is the second arrest in the case as the CBI had on Tuesday arrested Hyderabad based chartered accountant.
