The Nakodar city police have arrested three local residents on the charge of stealing motorcycles
The investigating officer (IO) Rannjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Lovpreet alias Bitta son of Tarsem Singh a resident of Mohalla Saran ,Sahil alias Baba son of Sukhwindar a resident of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura, and Gagan Deep Singh alias Gagan a resident of Mohalla Munaran Nakodar.
IO said that the police has received information that the accused are coming from the Malsian side with stolen motorcycles and were intercepted at a Naka and recovered from their possession three stolen motorcycles without registration numbers
IO said that in a case under sections 379(theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) and 34(committing the crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused
