The Bilga police have booked unidentified miscreants on the charge of stealing water taps from the houses.
Makhan Singh, a resident of Partab Pura village complained to the police that unidentified thieves barged into the houses of his brothers living abroad and decamped away with water taps from bathrooms and lobbies.
The investigating officer Manoj Kumar said a case under section 457 (lurking house-trespass) and 380 (theft in dwelling house) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the unidentified accused.
