(SUBHEAD) Chandigarh: State President of Mahila Kisan Union Bibi Rajwinder Kaur Raju told the newly elected Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann that phone calls or announcements couldn't end corruption from the state and the state will not develop but, the state government will have to take concrete decisions to bring about major reforms for the 'revolution' being promoted by the AAP party.
