(SUBHEAD) AMRITSAR: Badaly cornered Kultar Singh Sandhwan for the bowing down allegedly to a priest performing the religious rituals by touching his turban with a cow tail(like a broom) which was swung on his turband touching several times, the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker visited Golden Temple Amritsar to seek the pardon as a humble baptised Sikh.
