Over 100  ex-bureaucrats letter to PM Modi, appeals to stop hate politics

NEW DELHI: More than 100 former bureaucrats Tuesday have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, hopin that he will call for an end to the "hate politics", which is being "emphasized" in BJP-ruled states.
