NEW DELHI: Jamaat Ulama-e-Hind president Suhaib Qasmi on Sunday said that suspended Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nupur Sharma, who made controversial remarks on the Prophet, should be forgiven as per Islam. He said the Association of Muslim Scholars disagreed with the nationwide protests in the wake of his remarks.
