Champaran (Bihar): A Bihar minister Narayan Prasad’s son Babul on Sunday allegedly opened fire in the air apparently to disperse children playing cricket in a farm owned by the minister, and allegedly hit and injured a man with the butt of his gun in Hardiya Koritola village in Bettiah (West Champaran) district.
