America's Defense and Foreign Ministers says – want to see Russia weakening, on Ukraine issue

MOSCOW: The US has said it wants to see Russia weaken in the fight with Ukraine. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has said that if Russia loses in Ukraine, its leaders will hesitate to take such a step again.
